The term Western Wall and its variations are mostly used in a narrow sense for the section traditionally used by Jews for prayer, and it has also been called the "Wailing Wall", referring to the practice of Jews weeping at the site over the destruction of the Temples.

The best place in Jerusalem. Very inspiring place that shows well the relationship of the Jews to their heritage and their country.

Important and very interesting relic open to everyone. Despite the faith or it's lack you can come and look/pray. There are two entrances - one for women (ca 20% of the wall) and one for men.

I admit , I am really not objective, but I love the Western Wall and Jerusalem. As you begin to climb the car toward the city, it begins, this amazing feeling. You can feel the air is different, better, clearer. Jerusalem is very important to all religions and has a sense of holiness all over. The Western Wall is the most important and holy remnant fot the Jewish people. At the Western Wall you can ask for requests, put a note and simply pray in any language you want.

A place that has been capturing the hearts of people and turning their thoughts to the living G-d for thousands of years. A holy location that attracts millions of visitors a year from all over the world for a real spiritual encounter . There is no other place like it on earth. Truly spectacular.

Wow. Big wall. In all honestly, my trip through Israel was concluded at this wall. It was nice. Thank you may God bless you
