Came here on our way back to hotel. We ordered 2 Guinness and was surprised to find it was 13 euros when we have been drinking for around 5 or 6 euros for 2 beers (admittedly those were local beers) however then asked if we could sit at the bar, which had chairs mind you, and totally empty, the bartender said, “it’s not allowed”. Not sure why you will have chairs on the bar if you won’t allow anyone to sit on them. But then other patrons that came in and they were allowed to sit at the bar. Oh well, here for just the night but definitely won’t be coming to this bar if I come back. I recommend going to the British bar which is almost across the street. Way better, better service, allowed to sit at the bar and cheaper drinks.
Very nice place and good food! Nice personnel and every two weeks on Sunday they organize a pub quiz with 'real' Irish ladies. They create the questions and present it. Very funny!
The food is amazing. Staff are beyond friendly. It makes this Canadian feel a little homesick. You will not be disappointed!
very nice place, not expensive and has almost every drink you have heard, most of them is not in menu so ask bartender directly.
Ciders on tab are strongbow. In bottles Stowford Press, Koperberg and Magners/Bulmers in a can.
