It doesn’t matter when the fancy strikes, there’s always a roast dinner waiting for you at D&A. And every single day there’s a new variety. On Sundays, for example, the chef is cooking up a roast leg of lamb with apple and mint chutney. Monday is all about the turkey that comes with a side of chestnut sage stuffing and cranberry sauce. If you’re more of the red meat sort, then we recommend heading over on a Saturday for the roast rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding, traditional gravy and cauliflower cheese gratin. One thing they all have in common, however, is they’re all massive, and they all come served with the obligatory roasted root vegetables and Maris Piper tatties.

Had a lovely evening with friends last night celebrating the Dhow and Anchors 20th Birthday. Had the best customer service from a young manager called Paddu who went out of his way to ensure our evening was perfect which it was. Not many places to get 5* treatment from staff in Dubai but he was the best. A credit to Dhow & Anchor and the Jumeriah group. Thank you Paddu ❤️
Not my favourite bar but if you're looking for a casual bar in the area, this is it. I went on a weeknight and it was very quiet. Service wasn't fantastic, especially given how few customers there were.
