Everything is perfect in Abraham Hostel. The information girls and boys are very friendly. They give us many great recommendations about traffic and popular local food. We really like them. And Abraham also provides us with rich kinds of food and fruits. I like bread and fresh orange best. The room we live in is very clean and comfortable.
Very modern and trendy hostel. You'll see a little bit of everyone--young / older, singles / families, and many different nationalities. Rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and air conditioning, en suite bathroom is clean with a nice shower. Recreational room is large with lots of seating, a kitchen, television, full bar, and a pool table. Rooftop is great at night for some relaxation or live music. Perfectly located off the light rail and a short distance from the Old City. You'll find plenty of places to eat/drink and sight see around here. They also offer a Shabbat meal for 50 shekels (pictured), and many different tours. Don't be afraid to meet some new people, share a drink, and explore the city together!
12 bed mixed dorm was clean, spacious & comfortable with it's own ensuite. Included breakfast is fantastic, plenty of options meaning even with multiple allergies I still had lots to eat. Wonderful customer service right from the cheerful 24 hr reception when we arrived at 2am. Great social areas & arranged activities, including free ones. We found the Israeli hostel price to be justified at Abraham's. Great place.
I've stayed in hostels all over, and this one is my favorite, no question. Awesome staff, great location, every amenity you always thought would make a hostel a little bit better, and others you wouldn't have thought of. Next time I'm in a place where I have to take three fights of stairs to get to a locker (instead of it being underneath the bed like it is here), I will think longingly of Abraham Hostel.
Such a great hostel - you can tell that they have thought of every need/want a guest may have. Very organized and helpful staff. If you're traveling alone, you'll meet lots of people through the lounge/rooftop areas. I had a few day trips through strangers I met during my stay. Highly recommend!
