This was extremely disappointing. We waited almost an hour for the driver to show up. Called them three times. He never apologized for being late. Talked on the phone the entire trip. Will never use this service again. Find another way to get to the city but not this service. They promised me to comp me for something but couldn't understand a word the lady was saying on the phone. Don't see any emails about an comps. Take AirTrain or Super Shuttle. You will be much happier.
